I am finding the "Exposure Triangle" difficult to understand as a Beginner DSLR owner. I continue to get confused, I am sure I am making it much more difficult than it really is, I have a Nikon D3300 DSLR and need to understand this concept A.S.A.P., so I may become a well trained Photographer.

Did not read all posts on this subject, I would check Calibration of your Computer screen for color accuracy.

Well, I to am a beginner DSLR Nikon D3300 Photographer, This particular line of Nikon Cameras have very good recommendations and reviews for "Beginner Photographers", I would suggest you keep what you have until you have gained more experience and feel comfortable and confident with YOUR Camera, maybe consider better lens, but investigate, research, ask questions from other more experienced Photographers for recommendations and advice. Take your time, relax and enjoy your Photography experience.

As a Newbie, my first DSLR choice, after much investigation and research, was the Nikon D3300 (Used), I am still learning all the different aspects of my new Camera, but basically for the price and the many positive things that it offers, I would highly recommend this Nikon D3300 for any Photographer that is NEW to DSLR Cameras.
Each individual person must decide for themselves which Camera model is right for them, but any decision should be made only after Research and investigation of the many DSLR model Cameras.

You might investigate the Nikon D3300 as a beginner DSLR Camera, has had good reviews, many great features, small, light weight, easy to use. I just bought a very nice used one with the Nikon 18-55 DX VR II lens, I also purchased a refurbished Nikon 55-200 DX VR II lens.

I got a Used Nikon D3300 24mp with 18-55 VR II kit lens with Battery, charger, Caps, Cords for $350.00. Watch Reviews on this Camera.

Hello, I just purchased a used Nikon D3300 with 18-55 kit lens, I also want a Telephoto lens, I am considering a refurbished Nikon 55-200 DX VR II lens at B&H Photo, it has good reviews. I have also been advised to look at the Nikon 55-300 DX VR lens, it is more expensive, but gives you more reach.

Will this Nikon NX-i work properly on my "Gateway" Laptop, running Windows Vista Ultimate, with 32 bit operating system?
I am a Senior retiree, NOT a Techie by any means, need a good Software program to download, view, and organize my Nikon D3300 images. I also want to be able to download my Android smartphone images too.

I too vote for the Nikon D3300 for a beginner DSLR Camera, Why?
1. 24mp
2. many choices in DX lens.
3. good prices, new and used.
4. great image quality
5. easy menu
6. light weight
7. etc.

Thanks All, just got a email from Smugmug, your thoughts please on that web site?

Research the Nikon D3300, it has had good reviews and I have one too, works great, I am going to purchase a refurbished 55-200 DX VR II lens too.

Check out the Nikon D3300 with a 18-200 DX VR lens, Great Reviews on this Camera.

I am a newbie, and after much research, I now have the D3300 and love the 24mp, compared to other's in same price range. I presently have the 18-55 AF VR II kit lens, and now going to purchase the nikon 55-200 DX AF-S VR II lens, Nikon refurbished. I looked at the Cannon T5, but I thought the D3300 is an all around better choice for a variety of reasons, from my research. So, it is a Personal decision each person must make, but to be satisfied with your decision, do your "RESEARCH".

I have read these comments from others sites;
If the Memory Card was new, it should be Formatted in Camera the FIRST time you use it, before any images are created on that new Card.
Also only insert or remove a memory card when the Camera is in the OFF mode.
Each time you load you images from your Memory card to your Computer, Re-format your Card in your Camera before you attempt to create any more images.
Do not re-format memory card in Computer, or delete individual images while card is in Computer.
Also, do not delete individual images from a card while in camera, only use the re-formatting technique to delete all images on card at same time, after they have all been loaded onto your Computer.
I personally do not know why these suggestions were originally made, or if they are really accurate ideas, but I read them myself and decided to pass them along for your consideration.
If someone knows if or if not these above statement are accurate, and Why, please let me know for my own learning knowledge.

I am a Newbie to DSLR Photography, having recently purchased a Nikon D3300 entry level Camera.
I have read many Memory Card reviews, most positive, some very good, some very negative, so I am really concerned about the importance of buying a Top notch, Quality, reliable, Non-Fake, SDHC Memory Card for my Camera.
I have just joined "Photo.net", as a new member and am excited about all the many Photography issues I will learn about on this Web Site.
So, Please be the first to answer my Memory Card Concerns, Thank You.
