  1. Thanks a lot for the suggestions, really appreciate it. I've tried the first two but with no luck, and will looking into the startup script option. The macs are bound to active directory in order to enable mobile user accounts. Thanks again.
  2. Hi there I wonder if anybody has had a problem like this. I manage 30 macs in a university photography department, which we calibrate with an xrite i1Pro. Staff and student users log in with mobile accounts. We profile the monitors with the administrator account on each computer and set the icc profile through system preferences. The problem is that on the mobile accounts, when individuals log in, the monitors default to the default profiles, and a lot of the time students will forget to switch to the custom profile. Does anybody know if there is a way of setting the custom profile as the profile for all users? It's stored in the correct folders so is accessible to all users, but ideally we don't want people to have switch the profiles over themselves. Wondering if I'm being dim and missing and obvious solution... Thank you!
  3. <p>Aluminium alloy, according to the Shen Hap website.<br> Thanks for your reply... I've ordered a locking grip (local hardware shop, which recommended one, didn't stock any) so I'll give it a go tomorrow. <br> >Whatever you do, go at it gently but persuasively. Whatever that means, right.<br> Haha. I'd like to think I know what you mean. Suppose I'll find out tomorrow!</p>
  4. <p>Hello<br /> I have a <a href="http://www.shen-hao.com/PRODUCTSabout.aspx?i=953&id=n3">Shen Hao PTB45</a> and one of the knobs you need to turn in order to unfold the camera has locked tight. I have tried loosening it with WD40 but have had no luck. Someone has recommended I try using a mole or locking grip. Does anyone have any experience of a similar problem? I'm concerned this might damage it, if it's a crossthread. <br /> Any help greatly appreciated.<br /> Thanks a lot.<br> <img src="blob:https://web.whatsapp.com/d60df19f-f38f-44b6-89ec-b701d632475e" alt="" /> <img src="blob:https://web.whatsapp.com/75c5cf6a-87ab-41c5-abde-0a132c3b28ab" alt="" /></p>
  5. <p>Thanks you for the helpful replies, David, Joseph, and David. I should really sell the Cambo to help pay for a Shen Hao, but if my decision to sell an RZ67 in order to pay for a Mamiya 7 is anything to go by - didn't happen - it's unlikely. So that board looks useful...</p>
  6. <p>Hullo..<br> Apologies if this question or one like it has been asked elsewhere - I've been slightly overwhelmed by the amount of information available.<br> I currently have a Cambo monorail with a schneider - kreuznach apo-symmar 5.6/150mm lens, Copal No. 0. <br> If I wanted to use this lens on a Shen Hao TZ45-IIB, am I correct in thinking I would need to purchase a Shen Hao No. 0 lens panel like the one shown here: http://www.badgergraphic.com/opencart/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=129 ?<br> Or would this not be possible? Is there anything else I would need to do? Sorry if these are stupid questions...<br> Thanks for any help in advance!</p>
