<p>Never mind. I see my account expires in February next year. This site is so complicated and difficult to navigate. Definitely NOT user friendly.</p>

<p>I would like to cancel my account. I sent this question to the contact photo.net page but received a message back to my e-mail stating that it had failed and could not be delivered which I found very strange and frustrating. I no longer want to be charged for further subscriptions. Do I need to contact my credit card and have them block photo.net from charging me again or will I receive a message asking me to purchase another term that I can decline future installments. I tried looking in the help forum and the most recent question was from 2012 which was very unhelpful. Thank you</p>
