I think I've found a solution. It's a cleaning pen to remove white stain/oxidation marks on lens rubber rings.
I tried it on my Leica Summarit_M 90mm. It works like a charm.
You can find it at LensPotion.com

I started a new site recently. It's a photo posting and sharing site. The site categorises photos by the lens taking the photos and the focal lengths. It's on wordpress platform. I also installed plugin for facebook login. So far there's only a couple of my friends registered and posted some photos there. I need brutal and hard advices. The first page of my site is captured and attached. The url is BigBigLens.com.
Thank you.

I recently started a new website http://www.BigBigLens.com.
I want it to be an open platform for users to register to post and share the photos. I categorise the photos by the lens used to take them.
Up to now, I only have a couple of good friends putting their photos there.
How can I get more users to register and share?
I have already made it easier to register - direct login via facebook.
Your advice is important to me.
Thank you.

Yes, it's a bad idea to use tire wax on precious lenses. The wax will make the rubber slippery.
