This was an experiment with IR, and the Hillsborough river. Any

comments would be welcome. 8 second exposure, unknown aperature.

Hoya R72 filter. Canon G1. Bogen Tripod.

Other than adjusting the contrast and cropping, I didn't do anything to this image. I can send you the original if you would like to take a look at it. This was a handheld shot of a late afternoon shuttle launch. This was one of my first digital images, after coming from many, many years of traditional film.

Storms to the east provided a great chance for me to try out a

panoramic image with my Canon G1. I used the Photostitch program

that came with the camera, and then did some mods in Photoshop. Any

suggestions? I personally prefer the false color in the sky.

I shot this while on a very quick(too quick) first vacation to

Ireland. The photo was taken with a Canon G1(very little chromatic

abberations when my shots have been taken in full manual). I have no

idea what the camera sttings were. It was taken in manual mode on a

tripod.
