No, I found the doors that way. I don't think I would have got the idea to pose them. You know, you walk around, exploring and the picture appears to you. I "take" pictures rather than "make" them :-)

That picture was taken a Sunday afternoon in Brussels. My attention

got cought by the lost guy on the bench. I saw the couple coming and

had just the time to frame and shoot.

Please accept these comments as a trying to help.

If the roof was white, I think you'd have got a better lighting by using it as a reflector.

And the environment makes a quite messy shot. Was it possible to get closer or use a longer focal ? Or you might just crop a bit. It would reduce the lighting problem as well... :-)
