What is your opinon on this?
-
Great use of Velvia, most other films would not get colors this rich. I love it!
-
Any comments welcomed.
-
Interesting coloration. You did miss a few petals though.

The colors do look great. The leaf could use a little more space though and be more prominent. The prespective is nice.
-
The contrast was very extreme, if I used my nd filter I would not have been able to take these by hand. I beleive the shutter speed for this shot was around 1/180-1/125. As far as the pose to me, I like the way that one is acting alone from the rest.

I would like to know what you think about these ducks? Also
checkout the rest of my photos if you have time.

I wolud like to know what you think of this pond reflection.

Not bad, but the perspective is a little distorted and the framming needs to be a little tighter. The exposure and depth are very nice though. A neuteral density filter would have probably helped with the outside light contrast and given more detail. Overall this is a descent photo.

I see no difference either, but then again I just upgraded my moniter to a Sony Trinitron. On my old moniter I saw the jpg artifacts due to the compression used on this site every so often.
The scene is very elegant though, the branches add to the scale. Good shot.

This is a good example of where a saturated film makes the image more interesting. The colors just draw you in to a nice scene.
-
This photo seems very inviting to me. Good contrast control as well.
-
Nice color range, especially in the reflection. Good job.

Any comments/ratings welcome.

I would like feedback on what you like or dislike with this photo.
-
I will first say that the field is hilly, so that explains the
horizion. I would like to know what you think of the composition and
anything else.
-
Let me know what you think? I also have some similar photos in the
folder.

I have one similar to the bottom one in my portfolio. It is interesting what you get with extermely long exposures and poeplle moving (or not moving). You could try one in between, say f/8 1min.~30s, to get movemen. Over all, not a bod job.
-
I can easily go back and retake this, so I welcome any suggestions
and/or comments on this shot.
-
I shot this just before a christmas parade. I would like to know
what you think.
Also feel free to browse the rest of my portfolio and critique and or
rate what you like.

This is an extraordinary photo. The colors are very nice, but the hardest part to sunset pics are the composition. You nailed both very well. Good job!

Nice shot. It is always interesting shooting with mixed lights (tungsten, florescent, mercury vapor, etc.) at night. I have started using filters when doing these kinds of shots to get wild effects. Was this hanheld or did you use a support?
