This shot was taken at an elephant sanctury in Knysna, South Africa.

I shot this in the London Underground one night while waiting for the
train to arrive.

This photo has either been loaded in the wrong orientation or it is intentionally at a very strange and disturbing angle.
-
Getting real close to nature. Comments and ratings welcomed.

I would crop this image to take out majority of the base and the tree on the left. This woudl then be a very powerful graphic image with a great sky behind it.

I was trying to capture the speed of the passing roller coaster.
What is your view?
-
Consider just the top left quarter as your picture.
-
A much tighter crop would help enormously.
-
I feel the dark areas on the bottom left are distracting. Also, it would be ideal if the yellow umbrella were futher down the road in a strong position of attention.

There is a very light-hearted approach to this series. The photo's themselves are not great but they are very humorous.

Another photo of my daughter's reflection in the fountain. Again a
bit shocking and quite 'unpretty'. I think it captures the
attention. What do you think?
-
There is a great vertical picture of only the dome and sky on the left as well.

Please comment on this picture. It is an experiment. I caught my
daughter playing with the water in a fountain. While it is not her
usual pretty self, I like the way in which her hand and the
reflection of it join up. What do you think?

This is a great concept. If you added the background yourself - why not use a much more dramatic storm cloud background?

I am really enjoying my Canon 10D. This shot was taken at a recent
visit to a theme park.

This informal portrait was taken just before Hannah left for a fancy
dress party. I would love feedback on what you think and how to
improve pictures like this.

I shot this at dawn at Lake Pleasant near Sedgefield, South Africa.

What do you think of this shot? It evolved from a shot of
a 'mannequin graveyard'.
