I am inmpressed with this photograph. I like that it is almost evenly balanced, almost like a mirror image. Everything from the bikes and the racks they are parked in the the girls hair is split down the middle.
The puddle just above the girls head is a bit of a distraction but hey, that is life. Nothing is perfect.

I like the strong horizontal crop too.
On the whole a good job!
