John - was this or for that matter any of these beach subjects aware that you were taking photographs of them? Do you feel as though it is ethical to do so and then be so bold as to then post them to this site - again without their knowledge? This is not a legal question, but one of ethics to you. If you have a daughter or wife - how would you like it if this was done to them?
