I preach to my students how not to compose a picture.  Never ever do "bulls eye" images.  Then I would pull out a stunning image like this and point out the exception to the rule.  The tenderness of the blossom, softness of the light, lush greens, perspective, perfect.

Simply superb.

Wonderful perspective!  Great  contrast of greens with some sunshine thrown in for joy.

I really like this image.  I'm fascinated by the minutia that goes on in my ponds, including the air bubbles frozen in the ice.    In this image, the diagonal crack, for me, gives it a nice path of travel through the scene.  The smaller bubbles in the large one give it an infinite quality.  Nice capture.
