I dunno, ask her to dance for you? I like the shot. The light break slicing across the middle of the the frame and through the head is my only peeve. Maybe a slightly different angle of view would be helpful, but I do like the shot.

Not a bad shot, a bit tight maybe, I'd like to see a little more surroundings.

Very nice work with an ordinary object.

This is a nice scene. The tree on the right looks like it received some flash which makes it stick out and generally cramps the rest of the scene. If you can, try this shot again and lose the tree from the frame.

Good thing there was film left on the roll, eh? Very good exposure and composition.

I agree about the floor, it should be cloned in PS, but what a beautiful shot. Masterful.

Her hand is distracting here. It is too close to the lens and appears very large in proportion to her face. This might have been better if her chin was ever so slightly higher, making a more pleasant angle of view with her eyes. Lighting is great and makeup is beautiful.

Bravo on your work here. You've brought us into this "other" world very effectively.

Based on the dusky vest, weak eye ring, short legs and long wings, I'm calling this a Pewee. Did you notice any wing bars on the bird?

If you look at the "eyebrow" in this picture, it is not nearly as defined as a female purple's should be. Also in the picture entitled "Moma Purple Finch feeding week old babies" you get a good view of a buffy striped rump which is indicative of a female house, where a female purple should be white. Purples want to nest in conifers, house finches almost anywhere - including man-made structures.

Maybe a moving spot that you didn't notice? It sure looks like a spot.

Very nice, please show us more like these.

She looks like she is asking for directions. The photo is well composed, I agree, but it has little emotional value.
