<p>Call for entries: We are very pleased to announce that our annual documentary photography competition, Vienna International Photo Awards 2013 –VIPA - is now open for entries. This year, we have 3 submission categories: Professional, Amateur, Smartphone. Theme is free. Besides the total value of 9.000 EUR in money prizes the short-listed winners will be published in the VIPA’s official catalogue and take part in a group exhibition in Vienna.<br>
