Nikon Coolpix 2100- lens error/system error in Nikon Posted November 12, 2012 My battery needed replacing. Checked he battery at the store, everything fine. Got home, turned it on got the Lens Error message. Tried the moderate smack, didn't work. Read some more. Put tea towel on the counter banged it about 4-5 times works good as new. Thanks
