Can anyone tell me what the top plate diameter on the Induro Ct 304 is? Can't seem
to find this information. Thanks
Happy Autumn shooting!

Les, thank you for your information! As far as the tripod-head, I had it narrowed down
between The Arca-Swiss Z1, or the Kirk BH-1.

I am looking for a carbon fiber replacement for an old tripod system. The Feisol 3372
has caught my eye, and I'm interested to see what feedback anyone has, concerning
this product. The heaviest lens I will be using is a 70-200 f/2.8. Is this tripod overkill?
The feisol 3442 looked kind of small. Thanks and happy shooting!

Sorry for the delayed response. The current ballhead is an old Benbo medium model, which is ok, but just old and outdated. I am slowly bringing my gear up to date. I don't think the Canon 70-200/2.8 I'm purchasing will be safely supported on the current head. Need something more robust. I really appreciate all the input.

Thanks for all the responses. I use lenses from a Tamron 17-50/2.8, a Tamron 24-70/2.8
and soon a Canon 70-200/2.8 (new kit). I really just pulled info for the Induro while
searching. Another consideration is the Arca-Swiss P0 or P1. The Kirk lineup is very tempting!
I shoot a wide variety of things, and am merely replacing an aging equipment line. I currently
use a Canon 60D, but am upgrading to a 6D at some point. Thanks again!

I am replacing the ballhead on my 20 year old Benbo #1 tripod. An Induro
BHL 2 is in the running as a replacement. Anybody with a quick review? Also, my
first post here. Hello to everybody!

Or more correctly, I've been using a Benbo #1 tripod.

I've been the same Benbo #1 since about 1992. During a photo shoot in Cincinnati, one
of the leg knobs was damaged. Customer support sent a new one right away, at no cost.
Great service!
I'm new to this forum, so hello to everyone!
