<p>According to rules of non-subcriber, I, being a non-subscriber, am entitled to post 1 (one) photo for critique, but I have been rejected to request for critique stating that I have already requested 4 photos within 7 days. I think this is against the rules as promise. Kindly check and advise if there be additonal restrictions.<br>
