andrei -- the fact that you remember it after 1-2 years is a testament to its quality.

thanks!!

i'm of two minds about the slab. i've printed it with and without. the proportions are just wrong with it cropped. i may adjust the crop however, as you suggest, and also try burning it down. thank you for your encouragement and helpful suggestions. i really appreciate it that you have taken the time to write.

now what's the message here . . . .
-
very very pretty. a nice tidy shot.
-
just wish for a little more light in the face. nice job.
-
lovely odd textures. nice.
-
brilliant model saves standard shot. perhaps a little more light in the face. the wrap seems like an afterthought. might have touched up visible veins in PS or otherwise.
-
competent take on a standard theme. the wrap seems a little skimpy.
-
unusual technique. not to my taste, but certainly reflects a high skill level.
-
please explain the toe thing. your technical skill is very high, but these on-toe poses seem so awkward.
-
can't argue with the aesthetics. as for originality . . . .
-
again, why the "on-toe" pose?? it just sems so uncomfortable and unnatural.
-
i just don't like these "on-toe" poses. they seem painful and unnatural. do they improve bodyline that much??
-
nicely done. the expression carries it here. might have been better without the outflow from the mouth and nose. pretty model.
