This tender moment was captured in the Prague zoo in late February of 2013.

Protective mother gorilla Kijivu held her little baby Nuru in her arms as the two-month-old raised his hand to his head and began to doze. Kijivu was born in Apeldoorn and then lived in Sydney. In 2003 she moved to the Prague zoo. Nuru, which means light in Swahili, is her 4th offspring.

Excellent inspiring composition. Lines of rampart lead ones eye to the old part of Dubrovnik. I also like heavy clouds which create a special mood here appropriate to that place. I visited Dubrovnik last summer so I perfectly remember the place with its unique atmosphere.

Fantastic composition and colors. Seems so simple, yet so delicate. I like sharpness and saturation of colors. Really masterpiece. Thank you for sharing.

I have taken this picture during my recent trip to Cesky Krumlov at

the end of February 2013. What you see here is this medieval town

after heavy snowfall that ended wright upon my arrival.

Nuru means light in Swahili language.

My congratulations. Not very often can you  see such a beauty. I like colors of water the most, colors of aquamarine. Of course dark mountain slopes correlates well with white snow, but still the water and glacier is the most amazing part from my point of view. Really worthy shot.

First of all my congratulations. This is really excellent image. I think you could make it even better by cutting two thirds from the bottom part. It seems to me that the bottom part of the stone is some what too bright and distracts attention. The upper part of the stone on the contrary is a vitally important part of this image, as it enhances impression from magnificent sky. Once again this is my point of view. In any case this is very good image.
