1.
Hi! I would appreciate any and all feedback on this from photographers with experience in commercial work.
I have received an inquiry from a winery in my area asking for my rate for a commercial shoot. They are looking for:
- 7 team shots
- a few individual shots
- detail shots of wine barrel, vines, and various winery equipment.
- They would like rights for all photos for online and print.

Should I charge an hourly rate plus a usage fee? How do I determine this usage fee?
I am typically a wedding and portrait photographer, so my regular pricing is structured very differently!
Thanks for your help!

 2.
I am a portrait and wedding photographer. Recently I have found the need to simplify the way I get releases and contracts signed, as well as receive payment. And I would love to go paperless!

The biggest issue that I am having right now, is getting a signed model release/agreement from my clients before a portrait session. I have all of the language written up, and currently I have been just emailing a .pdf to my client, having them fill in the blanks, sign it, scan it, and send it back over. This takes way longer than it should, and believe it or not, some of my clients have a hard time figuring out this system. I know that I could have them just bring it to the session, but I would really rather have it all taken care of at the time of booking. The "I forgot it at home, or, my printer doesn't work" excuses are common.

What I would really love to have (in a perfect world) is an online form for this where I can customize it with their date, time, location and session fee (bonus if they can pay for the session right there on the form), then send the link over for them to digitally sign.

Does such a thing exist? I have found a couple of online form providers by searching around the web, but none of them seem just right.

Any other photographers care to share their solutions to this problem?

Thanks for your input!

 3.
Hello, I recently expanded my services to wedding photography, and I'm booking left and right, yay! BUT managing everything is getting a bit unorganized.
Now I know about ShootQ and I've signed up for the free trial. But I find it very confusing to use and it is going to take awhile to get rolling with that. Is it worth it??
I have a website, but it doesn't seem to integrate very well with ShootQ, and I'd like to save the money and not have to get a new website.

Here are the services I am looking for:
- A detailed inquiry form
- A place to put my pricing online, which looks nice.
- Booking online
- Online questionnaires
- Accepting payments online
- Signing contracts online

And also, I would like a client gallery for after the wedding which includes:
- Password access for friends and family
- Online purchasing
- Categories (getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc.)

Is it possible that there is the perfect combination of sites that I can go through who charge a reasonable amount, or am I asking too much??

THANK YOU!!!
