Here the connection is more between the two boats, not so much between the boat and pier. My idea is that dreams are achievable at different rates for different people (boat :) Someone is free to pursue his dream, another is tied to something. Maybe the difference is in the length of the rope? But your version is interesting too! Different people - different perceptions. Congrats! -
