Having direct sun light only capture an area, like just the forground or background is a favorite for me, unfortunately I don't think I've ver had a camera with me when I've seen it. It add so much depth and charactor to a scene. You've captured it very well in a lot of your pictures. Nice Job!
Also great job on exposures!
