<p>Hello , I have been inactive for a while , I am attempting to get back in the swing of things! I have photoshop elements 11 and I can't seam to load pics into my portfolio... the email just won't send. Any suggestions? Last thing I want is to call the company as they are never helpful. </p>

I have not been able to send my photos to my photodrop account. I am using Elements 12 and I can send the
photos to all other emails but my photodrop email. My photos are JPEG. I have even tried resetting my email
address to no avail. I have sent an email to Mr. Palm but have not heard back yet. I have had this issue since
January. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
