Taken on a chair with a white bed sheet. Light from two windows and

the onboard flash of the EOS 30.

This is a 300dpi scan of a 6x4 print. So the quality is a little

lacking. The top of the ear is cut off here, unfortunately the lab

cut it off in the print and so this scan reflects that.

This is a photo from Riverfire, Brisbane Australia in 2001. It is a

RAAF F-111 doing a low pass 'dump-and-burn' over the city after a

fireworks show had just ended. The scan isn't great quality at all,

but you should get a feel for the photo.

I believe the technical details are:

Canon 50mm f/1.8

F8, between 8-15 seconds (I can't remember now).

Any comments are appreciated. They didn't do the dump-and-burn this

year, but I do plan to go back next year and try to improve on what

I have.
