The two summer chairs out front area nice touch. The weather beaten patina of the wood adds to the forlorn feel. The road going around the bend on the left is a nice touch. Good composition on this one.

Good tone & contrast. Object in foreground gives a focal point and helps to widen the shot.

Good contrast & depth of field.

Good focus & colour.  Love the reflection on the left. My nags: I find the light on the far right a little distracting and the horizon is a little too close to the centre of the photo. Suggest you might want to see how it looks after cropping about half of the sky and the right side of the  photo to just right of the tower/church spire. 

Still, it is an eyecatching shot.

Love the exposure and details of the ship's rigging and rail.  Reflection in the water looks a bit washed out and might benefit from some HDR/Tone Mapping. Love the colour of the hills and its contrast with the sky. Love to see a shot/crop with the sun NOT in the centre.
