Thank you guys, I will say that it's a little brighter viewing it larger and not on this post.  I agree that it is darker than I like it here.

this is some of my first attempts of using Photomatix Pro for HDR. This is

a 3 frame shot using my D7000 and Tamron 17-50 on tripod.

  1. Notice the different blue hues in the sky? I'm using a Tiffen circular

polarizer and I turn it until the sky looks the deepest blue but I don't like

the way the shy has different shades. Is this because of an inexpensive

filter? or just nature of the beast or operator error?

  2. Thank you Steve and Gregory,  these old places to me are historic and tell a lot of stories.  My wife and never touch anything.  My wife may have gotten a better shot of this, as you may see to left there are a couple of drawers hanging out.  If would have used a little wider focal point I could have gotten the cabinets there,  I'll go back.

  3. I've been to this field twice, hoping for some clouds to go with the sun

rise. I live in Oklahoma and stumble on these abandoned old farm

houses which they just let nature take its toll on them. Any critique is

    appreciated, thank you.

  4. A critique would be appreciated, also I had a hard choosing a category.

There are a lot of abandoned farm houses where I live. If there is a better

category from the list please indicate.

    Thank you,
