1.
I currently use a combination Panny GH2 and Oly E-PL2 for personal/hobby shooting.

I got the Panny primarily for video jobs and for that, it works in tandem with my Canon 7D and a conventional large sensor HD Cam.

The Oly I got more for hobby shooting when I want something smaller and lighter than a DSLR. I use it mostly with my old Nikkor primes and M42 & M39 lenses. What I like about the Oly the most are; the gr8 looking JPEGs and in-body IS that works with ANY lens.

After a while I thought I really should use both Panny and Oly together. Here's how I work them;
1) I use the Panny with both the Lumix AF 14mm & 20mm primes for wide to medium shots. I like the Panny for wider shots because (IMO) it has more detail and higher resolution. However, I mostly shoot RAW with the Panny and post-process in either Lightroom or PS CS5.5 this way, I get the colors I want (later).
2) I use the Oly almost exclusively with old manual focus primes. Because of the 2X crop factor, Im able to get gr8 jpeg close ups right out of the camera.

I use a VF-2 electronic viewfinder with the Oly E-PL2. (IMO) This is indispensable for manual focusing. Personally, I wouldn't shoot w/o it. I use Fotodiox adapters for the Nikkors, M42 and M39 primes. I also use a Light Craft Lightworks variable neutral density filter for shooting at wide apertures in bright sunlight.

I thought about upgrading to the EP-3 but with the way I use the E-PL2, I see no reason to change, at least not yet.
