1.
I don't think it's you "Getting Better" are you really "Better"? - I think it's you maturing. Like it or not, what we liked as kids we may dislike as adults. From the food we eat, to the music we listen to. Our life's experiences shape us, some more drastically then others. One thing I know for sure, while we all wish (or will wish) we were young again. I don't think any of us would give up our memories or maturity to do it. - Now go back and look at those pics from 30yrs ago again. : )

 2.
As most agree, her story is very interesting.. I hadn't looked at her work in a while. After reading this I decided to ... I have to say this images the oddest of all .. so far
Maybe I've been watching too many youtube's .. but that looks like an alien abduction.
- if I could ever conceived one : O

 3.
I picked up a used Nex-3 body a couple months ago (I own lots old glass and wanted to lighten the load on an aging 5D) .. .. what's surprised me the most, is that I don't mis full frame one bit .. I've thought about upgrading to a 5DII .. but .. now I'm leaning more to a Nex-7 ...

I don't have any native lenses for the Nex so I can't comment on that .. I shoot very little AF anyway - for me the NEX is awesome .. Infact, I want the 7 just for the EVF and Hotshoe .. all the rest is bonus! : P

 4.
I'm sure there are seasoned pro's who will answer this better then I … but here goes ..

before you drive yourself crazy .. STOP and repeat after me .. "Full frame is not better .. it's just different"

.. that said, most people use full frame for portraits and wide angle .. and a crops for tele's and macro .. a 50mm on your crop - will be similar to an 85 on a full frame (similar but not the same) .. it's more about how you attack the subject and than how the camera interprets it ..

 5.
As a web dev'r I can assure you tablets/phones are the culprit .. we use to want sites to fill the screen, on a few browsers .. now there's dozens of variations a site needs to be compatible with .. the good news is .. devices/software are getting better + html5 compliance is growing = the new standard will be better then ever .. AHH TECHNOLOGY .. Conform or be cast out!!! : P

 6.
Hi Wendy,

I was in the same boat. I picked up a used nex-3 body a couple weeks ago to suppliment my 5D use. I LOVE IT! .. it's not for action shooting .. but once you get the hang of live view + mf assist it's a lot of fun .. add a tripod and pictures are very sharp (if you want that : P ) .. there are so many adapters it's re-donk (as the kids say, lol) ...

What's really surprised me is I don't even miss the Full Frame ... I do wish it had a hot shoe, but I can pop a slave w/ the flash light.

All that said .. would I buy another one? .. YES! - Infact, I'd been thinking of upgrading to a 5dII but yeah know, I may have to go for Nex-7 (just for the EVF and hot shoe).

Here's one: Mamiya 80mm 2.8 (645) > eos > tilt nex ..

 7.
Is that a chipped adapter?
Sounds like an issue I had with the Fujinon .. (shaved it).. I've never had an issue w/ a takumar ... gotta love those Mamiyas thou .. m42 / 645 .. never used one I didn't like .. : P
