My first attempt at light painting - taken on a 4 second exposure the
light supplied by a small torch - 3 seperate image taken with the light
highlighting different areas - all 3 images then blended to form this
composite. Not sure if it worked as well as I would have liked, but I
would be pleased to know what you think. Thank you for looking..

Not sure what is trying to be coveyed here? Photography like a drug perhaps? - certainly it can become obsessional and addictive. Whether thats the meaning you were trying to make with this or not does'nt matter. its what I take from it, ands thats why I like it so much - thank you for sharing

Dana - nice image
I can only echo Pierre's comments about 'the rules of composition' - but then rules are sometimes to be broken - I actually think the lack of focus point for the road leading into nowhere, "is the point" - it pulls the eye in to vastness of the misty mountains leaving you wondering just where its going. I like this image, thank you for sharing

Tamron 90mm - taken on a long exposure with light from a off camera
ring flash - post processing to crop and give a soft flat focus feel.

Whilst taken at the zoo I thought a sepia tone would give this image a
more natural feel

Whilst not the most photographic pose I just liked the way the image
tends to pull your eyes in the sad gaze of this majestic creature
