This is one of my favorite photos posted this week.  Very well planned and captured.  Seems like the vertical lines are a little bit slanted though and the lines are key in this image.  Can you adjust slightly to the left?

Very well framed and visualized.  It looks like you prepared and waited for just the right moment to take the photo.  Great work! Is this a place you can return to? I wonder what it would look like to have three people, one on each flight?

This is from a series on an old railway station in Chelan Falls, WA. I'd love

your thoughts on this image and any others in the set as well.

    Thanks!

I'm working on a year-long street photography project in NYC. I'd love your

thoughts on this image and any others in the set from February 2011.

    Thanks,

    Anthony

  1. I agree that this is very nicely framed but it's the message in the photo that is even more striking to me. The fact that these two children (street kids?) are so easily disregarded by the tourist.  The kids are not what he's there to see.  This can so easily be any of us. But you did notice both them and the tourist and brought the situation together in such a wonderful way.  The way I read this, there are three subjects:  the tourist, the kids, and the viewer/photographer and we are presented with a choice as to what our response will be.  Thank you for sharing this wonderful photograph and for reminding us that before we are tourists or photographers we need to remember that we and others are human.

    Best,

    Anthony

This is the globe in Flushing Meadows Park, NYC. Part of my Queens

NYC Urbanscapes series. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this image and

    the series as a whole.

    Thanks!
