There isn't much you can do about it if your site was built using any DIY tools provided free online or by your host.<br>
Also I see that someone mentioned bringing it to the attention of the host. That won't do you any good usually. The host is not legally allowed to take down or modify a site based solely on a claim of infringement from the proposed legal owner of the content.</p>
