I for one quite like this photo. It is visually appealing so who cares if there are some things off. I would say that in the colour version there is some more detail in the water below. If you could bring in some of that detail it might be nice. Don't worry too much about the way some people choose to comment on forums, you got off easy compared to this: http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=17368419 too bad Kevin doesn't seem to have any photos up on his profile for you to learn the proper techniques from.

This was a complete accidental shot that I didn't even realize I had shot
until looking back through the photos. I believe I must have zoomed out
as I started to jump out of the way of the players that came very close to
bowling me over. I thought it turned out kind of neat.

I'd be flattered Sebastian. If you plan on doing it I recommend looking up the time of sunset where the wedding will be and keep that in mind since it is a very short window of time in which to do it. Also I had the couple at the top of a small hill with me below them to help get rid of anything in the background. I've thought about trying this shot before but almost always there is something else going on in the wedding at the right time. Just got lucky this time.
