Nice shot, would work well cropped to a panoramic aswell. One tiny thing I find distracting - the change in direction of the handrails in the foreground. Would have preferred a few steps forward so you keep continuity. Very nice though.

At first glance this is a really striking image, great composition. But the more I look at it the foreground details start to distract and annoy (road markings, bollards, posts. I would edit all of these out.

Good job. I prefer this to Light Runners, the white balance set to the streetlights brings out more interesting color range and the composition is very good. I found Light Runners a little imposing and ominous; this one makes me want to look around the image, the eye is drawn to lots of interesting features without being distracting.
