<p>Hello all. Not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I wanted to make everyone aware of a web site to avoid. I know that you will all say that I'm crazy for falling for the scam, and my wife totally agrees with you. If you take a moment to check out the site, however, you may be able to see how I was so easily duped.<br>

The site is: <a href="http://www.akappedeal.com">www.akappedeal.com</a> and it is meticulously constructed, and appears fully credible. It isn't. I sent $892 US via a bank transfer...and once they received the funds, that was the last time I heard from them. They ignore all emails. All my fault, I know...and the old truism, "If it sounds too good..." is ringing clearly in my ears...along with my wife's voice.<br>

I hope this helps others to avoid being taken, and if there is another, more appropriate forum where I can post this, please let me know and I will do so.</p>

<p>Bob and David...thanks for the responses. I guess all I really wanted to know was this: Is the Epson WF1100 capable of producing "high quality" B&W prints using MIS inks, or is there another printer in that price range that would be a better choice? Is B&W quality a product of the printer or the ink? Or, both?</p>

<p>Need some help selecting a reasonably priced Epson printer that I can dedicate to B&W printing only. Anyone have any experience using the Epson WF1100? (Or, something in that price range.) I've read all of the above posts but I'm guessing that in ten plus years there have been some changes. Also, any information you could provide relating to the MIS inks to be used would be appreciated. I'm brand new at trying this so I'd be gratetful for any help.</p>
