F5 incompability with 80-200 f/2.8 AFD??? in Nikon Posted June 14, 2003 Hi Salvador, I have the same lens as yours and I have no problems with it and the F5. Sounds like the F5 computer is having problems with the lens, best thing to do is drop it off at Nikon service and hope it doesnt cost too much to repair. Sorry I could not be of anymore help. Tony
