I would get it sharper, although I realize that, that could be a scanning problem. Also I would include the grave markers around this one and use selective focus and shoot wide open so that only this marker is in focus. All this wil serve to highlight this one marker. Also shoot on a very oblique angle so that you can see the other makers.

Jim, I've seen many photos of the wall as I'm sure we all have, while I understand your feelings about reflections, Ithink that I would make them work for me to illustrate in some small way the number of people who visit the wall. I think your shot of the rose in the wall is very evocative of the emotions the wall brings out in people. I think that your photo is a success.
