Michal,
Thanks very much for your comment. As you probably guessed, the chair is green coloured - I think black would have been better.
Maybe I should paint the chair. . .

I agree with the comment about a square format - just including the four people and cutting off a bit of the base. Nice shot though.

Thanks for the comments Abdul. I think you're right about the title - bit too squashed up against the bottom of the frame.
Obviously a lot of the credit for the shot should go to the subject - I would recommend anyone with the opportunity to go along and see it.

I think its a shame we can't see all of the model's left hand. Otherwise its a nice photo.

Brilliant shot! If I really have to be nit-picking, it would be nice to have a bit more space at the top and on the left. Still a brilliant shot though.

Nope. Only used Photoshop for the border etc and to change the levels very slightly. Everything else is down to panning with a slow shutter speed.

This really seems to be an example where cross-processing has added something.

Any comments welcome. Do the converging verticals actually matter or
does that look more natural from this viewpoint?

I really like the way you are using digital technology to create something that looks like an older process such as bromoil.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not sure about the bottom of the frame either - on the original transparency it just appears to be the effect of deep shadow - and I liked the way it added to the slightly surreal look and helped concentrate attention on the centre.
Clump of trees

Great shot - I've seen these trees over the years on trips to the West Country and never had the time or the right weather to stop. Now I'm convinced I'll have to make the effort. And Chris H has used exactly the right word - definitely a grove.
