If I put Anna on the right side, haven't I just created one more photo like the "standard". If I could I would actually have put her more on the left, emphazising (spelling) the light on her lit side and make the photo more dynamic due to the large empty negative space on her right.

Hmm, you tell us you rather want bad critique. Well I'm sorry, but I can't give you anyone. Maybe if you weren't that damn good you could deserver some bad critiques, but both you and the model is too good.

Well, a portrait to me is to show the inner soul and not neccessarily the face. And I belive I did this in this image. But I can at the same time see why you are smiling :)
