Hi,
I am very new to this shooting technique and wondering if there is any tips you guys can point out to help me gain experiences as below:
I tried to shoot this object without flash but then, when I increase ISO and decrease shutter speed, the object still moves.
When I increase the shutter speed and maintain the ISO then it seemes quite dark.
I have seen some pic that people shoot in concert where the light is low and dont use flash, the object is freezed. Can anyone show me how?
Thanks

As I remember one of those ways allows you to choose AF point smaller than the normal AF Single point option and the other one triggers 4 other points around your AF Single point option.

I've just bought my new 7D and am still exploring its functions and wondering if anyone could help me with the AF point selection. As you would know there are 5 ways to work around with your AF point but I can only work with 3 ways ie. AF Auto, AF area & AF single point.
The len I am using is EFS 18-200mm F3.5-5 IS. Is there anything to do with the lenses?

Thanks! I suppose that a Cannon EF 70-200mm F2.8 L USM is a wide angle one then what should we call a Canon EF 85mm F1.8 USM?
By the way, do you know what is "EF", "L", "USM" and "70-200mm"? Has anyone got some kind of glossary for these symbols?
