1.
I always have a model release signed, I was just wondering because many of the models want payment plus photos on a CD. I was always under the impression that if you paid a model for her time, she did not get pictures. If she wants pictures, then she should have to pay the photographer.

 2.
I used the RZ67 in my studio for probably 7 years and I loved it. I had the motor drive attached, which was very handy but I turned the motor drive off everytime when I was done. I never had any problems with the camera and it was probably one of the best camera's I ever owned. I also used a flip-up magnifier attachment for the eye piece which helped very much when shooting just about everything.

 3.
I am basically looking for a good all around, knock around, every day lens for the camera. Nothing specific but a lens of good quality in a price range of around $500.00 if possible. I am leaning towards the EF 85mm F/1.8 USM lens. Example of uses...Photographing the Grand Children, Quick Portraits, General Everyday Photos ect.

 4.
I agree that if a photographer acts anyway in an inappropriate manor the model has every right to cancel the photo shoot. But if everything is on the up and up from the beginning, the model should hold up her end of the bargin. I did not post this question on MM because I wanted unbias answers from other photographers on a different site than that of models...
I still think that most models advertising on the interent are flakes....I will search other avenues while looking for a model.

 5.
We are getting off the subject...My comment was why do girls that want to be a model with little or no experience expect $200 an hour plus prints on a CD and neither respond to an e-mail or message when they say they are looking for work and never show up without a cancellation if they agree to the work.

 6.
Michael I agree that their are also a lot of flakley Photographers out there along with the models, but when you offer a portfolio of your work for review, personal references and a complete discription of the photo shoot and the model says they like your work and would love to work with you, I expect them to uphold their word. I have photographed probably over 100 models in the past, have had some work published and never had one complaint against me, but that doesn't seem to matter any more. Still many no response and no show models.

 7.
Thanks Matt...Actually most of the models I am talking about are listed on Modeling Websites and list their experence as years with 10 to 20 photo shoots. My way of thinking is if a model wants $200 per hour, they had better have had years of modeling experience in places such as New York, Milan, Paris, ect., be at least 5'9" and drop dead gorgeous.

 8.
Why does it seem that the new and upcoming models of today seem like such a flake? Going back 15 to 20 years ago, models seemed to be much more conscience of their work. Most of them would show up on time, press their clothes before they came and not want an arm & leg for their modeling. Today it seem that the models want $100.00 to $200.00 an hour and a copy of all of the photos plus they say, I have done about 10 modeling shoots and I am very experienced. Today many don't even show up and most without even as much as a phone call. I may be old fashioned, but the good old days of hiring a model seem to be gone.
9.
I currently own a Canon 5d mkII and am thinking about purchasing a 7d for a backup camera. I have read a lot about the 7d and the only problem I can find, is possibly a problem with soft focus or out of focus on the camera. I was wondering if any one using this camera has had any focusing problems or heard of anyone having them.
