Hi,
I am heading off to Europe and don't know what prime lens to take for low light shooting in the Louvre and various churches on a full frame.
What's the ideal focal length for indoor shots like that? 24mm, 35mm, or 50mm?
Ideally I'd take one because of weight restrictions.

I went to the crumple store and picked out the 5 MDH. It fits the kit + 50 f/1.2 L snuggly (both lens with hoods). I can also jam the 580 ex II in the front pocket but it's a little bulgy.
I am happy with that size bag.

Thanks for the tips. I guess the best way to figure out what works best for me is to go to the store and try it out with the camera.

Hi,
I am heading off to Europe for two weeks and I plan to do a lot of walking with my camera, 5d mark 2. I already have the lowepro fastpack 300. It's pretty big and I know that some places don't allow backpacks. Plus I don't want to lug around my gear every day with me.
I'd like to know what's the smallest camera bag (not a backpack) that can fit 5d mark 2 + kit lens ONLY. I want it to fit with the lens hood in the reverse position and without taking the lens off. I don't need room for other lens or anything like that. I just want the smallest and most portable bag to walk around with.
Does anybody know a bag that can accomplish this?
