I like what you did with it and you are so right; one of the few times a centered subject looks good.  It was my first time to Hawaii and I was blown away by the beauty. It seems it would be difficult to take a bad photograph there. The colors and scenery is breathtaking.

Len, I like how this jumps out compared to my 67 Corvette pic. This looks more like a Corvette tail lamp than a Corvair. I don't think the Corvair's are as slanted rearward as the Vette's. You're right about car shows, so hard to get a good shot of the whole vehicle due to the background.
