As the title suggests we were going for an old-school classic

Hollywood glamour look here... with a slight modern twist. I think we

managed to pull it off quite well and I am very happy with this

    particular shot...

  1. I think a vertical crop/orientation would have worked better here. You have so many vertical lines already, the tree and her body, plus the branches off in the background to her right... that the horizontal orientation just seems at odds with it.

Cropping vertically I think would have helped the image flow more naturally and given you a little more focus on the subject.

Superb image! The boot kind of ruins it for me though. You can't see the other one, which is fine, but I would have liked to have seen her take off the one on her raised leg so it appeared that she was barefoot.

Other than that, an outstanding capture and a lovely model!

This is a very sexy image, the expression on the model's face is very sensual. Great cropping and superb lighting! It's a wonderful capture.

The only knock I have on it is the angle of the shot... I kind of wish we didn't have to look up and in her nose quite so much... perhaps turning slightly would have corrected this.

Great portrait, the only critique I have is because of the black it looks like it's just a head... where's her body? Aside from the floating head effect, I really like it, great shot!

Great shot Michael! You've really captured the Halloween spirit here (no pun intended!) I love the purple and the lighting adds to the mystery. Great work, and Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year too!

I don't mind the tattoos, I just wish I could actually see them! Why so far away here? I understand you wanting to use the doorway to frame her, but she's alreay in a doorway! The double framing is redundant and leaves the model too far from the camera. Especially if it's to be part of a collection focusing on tattoos, then the viewer needs to actually see the tattoos.

Superb!! I'd like to see the same shot but with eye contact, just to compare. Not sure which I would prefer to be honest, but just from this pic I'm curious to see into her eyes. Beautiful lighting though, and there's really nothing wrong with this pic.

I agree, I like it centered here, primarily because she's looking down. If she were looking off to one side, then maybe you could go with some space to that side. But I think this looks good, maybe crop at mid thigh instead. Nice work!

  2. Beautiful! Everything about this pic is perfect. The colors, the angle, the pose, the water seems magical and the curves of the model just seem to flow naturally with the surroundings. A definite mystical feel to this image. Absolutely stunning.

I like this one, the colors are nice. I really like the green cloth you have her wrapped in, the way it's positioned it almost makes her look like a mermaid, which is an interesting concept here. Good work.

I like this, the pose and intense expression really draw you in. The shirt being pulled down and her breasts partially exposed adds sexuality to the image. The off color and graininess I think brings it all together. This pic makes me want to see more of her... well done!

Great shot here. Clearly you are very beautiful and seem comfortable posing for the camera. I'd venture to say you could make a good living working in FRONT of the camera. But looking through your port here, you obviously have a talent for working BEHIND the camera as well.

It's a rare combination to be as equally talented on either side of the camera. By all means, keep taking more pictures and don't stop posing for them either!

Watch the cropping. I know it's hard to do on a self portrait, but try not to cut off your fore head next time. I'm not sure if it's the light or the make up, but your face is a VERY different shade from the rest of your body, it kind of looks unnatural. Nice pose, I like the eye contact alos and the placement of the fan is a nice prop idea.
