I like the subject matter. Photos of locals in faraway places always make for an interesting photograph. I would like to see the photo cropped a little tighter. My eye is drawn to the childs face especially since two of the other people are looking at him as well. Maybe a tighter crop onto the childs face?
The older woman staring you down has a lot of character in her face. A specific photo just of her would be interesting as well. Although she doesn't look like she appreciates her photo being taken ;) I really enjoy photos of 'elders' as you can see their whole life in their face, every wrinkle and blemish has a story. A single portrait of her would be amazing too.
