  1. <p>I start counting when the are on set, so prep isn't included but wardrobe changes are. In the old days it was a lot different and the agencies spelled it all out for working with their models, these days with so many independent (internet) models you should spell it out.<br>

    If your doing a lot of shots or expect it to take some real prep time with many wardrobe changes it may be simpler to just day them a 1/2 or full day rate and not worry about it.</p>

  2. <p>SEO is a crazy thing. You title should contain your keywords as well as your text on your pages. Google also looks at the density (number of times the keywords appear), size of the site, amount of new content, and how often you come up in searches and people actually click your URL.<br>

    So some of these are simply a matter of adjusting your home page, other things like how often you get clicks isn't so easy. Changing content, blogging, and back linking are another strategy. The number of times you sight is listed on other sites helps, as well as the anchor text of the hyperlink. Bing (and now yahoo) don't really appear to care about anchor text, but do read meta data unlike google.</p>
