Macro photography has a surreal look with crisp focus and detail.  It's is no exception!  I'm always in awe of photographers that regularly capture insects or birds in macro images.  Thanks for sharing.

The aircraft is on lease with a flying museum in Alaska; this photo was

taken during the Arctic Thunder airshow at Elmendorf AFB, AK.

Photo was captured with a Sony a580, with a 75-300mm lens, hand held

in an overcast afternoon.

Looking through your portfolio, I will state that for most of us (as mere mortals), photo's like this are pure luck. You seem to capture birds in great positions.
