seems like both are really good lenses. . but I think I'd lean towards the 35mm. . in terms of appearance though. .

I see. . I would try that out. Thanks for the info. It gave me a clear perception between the two.

Hi Guys,

I have yet to check out these lenses. I planning to buy a prime lens. So before I go venturing off to buy I would like to hear everyone's experience, opinion or advice on which one to choose.

Thank you in advanced.

@ kent: You have good point there. It really made me think things through. .

As for the 35mm lens, I'm sure i want to add that up to my list. As for the flash, what are other alternatives for the sb-900?
You could say that I'm an all around photographer, i Like taking pictures indoors, outdoors, formal dinners, weddings, sports, portraits and landscapes.
I currently have no idea of any other flash units that could suit my needs, cause based on your previous posts, the sb-900 seems too much. recommendations and and advise are highly welcome.

Hi Guys,

I'm in a bit of dilemma. I have a d90 with 18-105 kit lens. As of now I am getting the hang of my camera and the lens and would want to move to the next step in my photography hobby. It is hard to get both at the same time since the SB-900 is costly in itself but I plan to buy the two items anyway so the main question is, which one should I get first?

Thanks you and appreciate any opinions or experiences you guys could share.

Olympus Stylus 1050 SW waterproof camera got water inside! Help!
in Mirrorless Digital Cameras

Hi guys,

My Olympus Stylus 1050 SW camera which is supposed to be water proof got water inside when I went to the beach. I took it for a swim for only a few minutes then noticed there was water inside the camera.
I looked at the warranty card of the camera and it says that it doesn't cover damage due to liquid. .
I mean come on, they don't have the warranty to back up their technology of a waterproof camera?

I tried emailing for service and technical support but I still haven't got a feedback from them.

Did anyone else experience this situation? Any one who had a first hand experience on what to do when this happens?
I appreciate feed backs and insights on this matter.
Thank you very much.
