<p>I have an Olympus Pen EF (the one with the built in flash) and 30 photos in to my first film, I thought this is to easy, it takes every time. Then looking in to the lens in the dark and in the light with the shutter half pressed I noticed the aperture does change, it is at f22 when resting then always opens up to f3.5 when pressed?<br>

Any ideas?<br>

Is it easy to remove the top plate with the two screws (one on the back and one on the side) and shine a torch in to see if the needle is moving?<br>

<p>I have a rollei B35 and the shutter speed ring can be very stiff sometimes so much so that it has given me blisters on my finger tips and the number are statering to wear away on the ring. Doe's anyone know why this could be, it's driving my mad because it is only sometimes, usally the time when I want to use it and change the shutter speed quickly.<br>

Also I found the light meter a little strange even using 1600 ISO only half of the f - numbers are on show for the needle to point to, is that because the light meter can only registrar when there is enough light even though you could get a good photo that light.</p>
