<p>Hey Tom, welcome to the business! I found myself in the same position as you. Better to have a shot list and be prepared even if you are comfortable with what you want to shoot.<br>

<br /> I started out using google docs. It's easy to upload images into their version of word and you can view them from your smart phone.<br>

<br /> A few weeks ago I stumbled across <a href="http://www.photolist.me">www.photolist.me</a> which lets you organize photos into a list. It's easier to manage than google docs because you can sort the list, complete items and set alerts on each item. I'm also using it to show my galleries, as if the hundred other places we try to show our work isn't enough :o)<br>

<br /> You could also use your current word document and just put it in a dropbox folder. Then dropbox would sync the word document to your phone/tablet as long as you install the dropbox app.</p>
