Ok, can you explain why the composition is bad? I know i cut off the top of the tree a bit, but I've seen other well received pictures with the tree tops cut off a bit. Maybe I should have switched to my kit lens to get a wider shot, I took it with my 50mm f1.8 lens so it was closer than i would have like. But I still think it's an interesting shot.

 

And like I said the color is (almost) dead on to what I was seeing that night. I made no alterations to the color.

I forgot to mention that i didn't play with the colors at all. Frost had frozen on the trees and their was some really low clouds that were picking up the orange color of the street lights.
