Hi Mark, thanks for your comment.

I stood above the bowl to drop the milk into the dish, and fired my shutter with a wireless remote. Off camera flash was set to 1/8 power and fired via a sync cord. It's a cliche shot, but I still had fun with it! :)

Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. I took this picture during a photography walk with a group of my classmates. I had never tried this cliche' shot before, but have always wanted to, so I suggested we try to shoot it. Kaylyn is one of my classmates.

You're absolutely right, the crop is not so hot. I was running around showing the group how to set up their cameras to get this shot, so I didn't spend a lot of time composing. I definitely wish I had taken this from 6 or 7 feet closer. You're also absolutely right about the tree growing out of her head - awkward!

The purpose of this shot was nothing more than entertainment. Thanks again for your comments, I appreciate it!
